The Russians are spreading the coordinates of facilities in the Mykolaiv region, "attributing" the deployment of military equipment and troops there. Local residents, not realizing that this is a provocation, begin to refuse this in their comments, which reveals the real state of affairs.
The chairman of the Mykolaiv regional state administration Vitaliy Kim reported about it in the video address.
"People get tired, they start reading other people's public social networking sites. We read the russian orcs’ publics, they read ours. The military uses it," he said.
Kim urged not to discuss what work will be done in the city, so as not to help the enemy agency.
"Keep calm, there is no need to discuss anything, nothing is happening. We are moving according to plan," he said.
Ukrainian law prohibits the dissemination of data on the movement of Ukrainian troops and equipment. Authorities also urge not to publish real-time information on whether or not shells hit, so as not to help the enemy adjust the fire.
