Russia awards medals to the soldiers for shootings of civilians and thus encourages the atrocities of the army.
According to the Security Service of Ukraine, this is confirmed by the intercepted conversation between two relatives-invaders.
"We had twenty-five civilians here, they were leaving by bus. Were killed," said one.
Instead, another invader boasts of his plans to rape a Ukrainian woman, calling it a "date".
"I met a girl here. I think I’ll go on a date with her. For two. Ukrop [disrespectful name for Ukrainians used by russian non-humans] refused. She's sitting here with us. She's tied," says another occupier, laughing.
"But the invaders will not have a long time to happily flaunt their atrocities. For each crime they will have to answer!" - stressed in the SBU.
Ukrainian intelligence reported that occupiers from russia received the instruction from the leadership to be on "self-sufficiency" until the further orders because of serious logistical problems of the aggressor. With this decision, the russian army actually legalized looting.
