Russian troops fired on an evacuation bus carrying people from Popasna in the Luhansk region. The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai reported on this.
"The russians opened fire on the school bus with people from Popasna. Fortunately, 25 people were evacuated. Among them there was a woman with a disability, a wounded boy, and a baby," he said.
A school teacher drove this bus. He also brought humanitarian aid to the city.
Another 45 people from Lysychansk are already heading to Dnipro. A total of 70 people evacuated from the Luhansk region on Friday.
Haidai said today that the russians were disrupting the evacuation of civilians. The bus could not reach Rubizhne due to the shooting.
