President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in a World Bank meeting and talked about five steps that Ukraine needs now.
“During the historical meeting of World Bank I talked about five steps needed now,” Zelenksy wrote on Facebook. Video of the president's address was also published.
According to Zelenskyy, the first step is immediate support of Ukraine, so that russian leadership knows that war will not let them implement any of their invasional goals.
Second step is immediate removal of russia from all international financial institutions.
Third step is tax on war. Russia, and after it any other aggressor, has to pay for breaking global stability.
Fourth step is every state in the world preparing to completely break any relations with russia.
Fifth step is continuing to block russian state assets and assets of the russian elite.
The World Bank is preparing a 1.5 bn dollars support package for Ukraine.
