The Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba called for the recognition of the russian federation as a state that supports terrorism. He made his statement after russian’s missile attack on Odessa.

Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter.

"The only aim of russian missile strikes on Odesa is terror. Russia must be designated a state sponsor of terrorism and treated accordingly. No business, no contacts, no cultural projects. We need a wall between civilization and barbarians striking peaceful cities with missiles," — Kuleba wrote.

On April 23, russian occupiers fired at least six cruise missiles at Odessa. In one of the densely populated areas, a fire broke out in a residential building.

On April 19, it became known that the United States is considering recognizing russia as a sponsor of terrorism. Russia's declaration as a sponsor of terrorism could have a number of consequences, including the imposition of economic sanctions on states that continue to do business with russia, the freezing of Moscow's assets in the United States, including real estate, and a ban on various exports of dual-use goods.
