Enemy propaganda uses Investigative Committee of the russian federation to legalize fakes and manipulations, - CCD

On the one hand, reports on the work of the IC are intended to legitimize the "words of solovyovs-scabeyevs". On the other hand - to increase the level of public confidence in lies.

Russia is using the investigative committee [IC] to legalize the activities of its propagandists.

This was emphasized by the Center for Countering Disinformation [CCD] at the National Security and Defense Council [NSDC] of Ukraine.

"Here are just a few examples of recent investigations by the russian federation:

- "IC of russia has opened a case on the fact of genocide of the residents of Shchastia in CALR by Ukrainian troops who fired with the purpose of complete destroying the russians”;

- “IC of the russian federation investigates circumstances of the explosion of the tank with chemical substances in the city of Rubizhne that has been organized by the Ukrainian security officers”;

- “the russian federation has opened a case of fakes against the russian federation after the Ukrainian provocation in Bucha near Kyiv," the CCD lists.

Experts of the Center emphasize that dozens of such messages appear in the information space of the russian federation every day.

Their goal, as they say in the CCD, on the one hand - to legitimize the "words of solovyovs-scabeyevs", on the other - to increase public confidence in the fakes generated by russia.

In Kherson occupiers spread leaflets where the war is called "an operation on liquidation of the anti-people Kyiv regime".

A large-scale political provocation is being prepared with an attempt to attract some Western journalists in Mariupol, destroyed by russians. For this purpose, the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation is planning a so-called "press tour" for loyal representatives of foreign media on April 28.
