The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck at the command posts of the russian army in Kharkiv Region. According to preliminary information, several hundred occupiers were killed.

This was stated by the adviser to the head of the President's Office Oleksiy Arestovych, UNIAN reports.

"Two strikes on Izyum, Airborne Headquarters, the second all-military headquarters. Even if you count the lower limit, 100 corpses in one place, 200 in another, at least 100 in the third. The upper limit is 200-300", said Arestovych.

He stressed: "We have to understand that these are senior officers".

Arestovych also commented on the information in the media about the possible destruction of the Airborne Chief of Staff, General Simonov.

"According to some data that require verification, the chief of staff of the Airborne Forces has been destroyed", he said.

Earlier, the National Guard reported that special forces and the military defeated the occupiers in the Izyum direction. Ukrainian defenders destroyed the command post, many tanks, and enemy personnel. The exact number of liquidated occupiers was not reported.

Also, in the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy concentrates the main efforts on the maintenance of the occupied positions and fire defeat to divisions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

To strengthen the group, the enemy is moving individual units from the Eastern District from the territory of the Belgorod region to the area of the city of Izium.

Moreover, on 30 April, the Ukrainian Armed Forces regained control over four settlements in the Kharkiv region.
