The occupiers are forcing the entrepreneurs of the Kherson region to get "temporary permissions" to work, the Defence Intelligence (DI) of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reports.
"The occupation administrations' representatives in the Kherson region are going around industrial facilities. First of all, food producers. Their goal is to force the management and staff to collaborate. A group of armed people (up to 10 men) in military uniform of the rf's Armed Forces arrives at the offices of commercial companies and give them ultimatums demanding to keep producing goods," the intelligence stated.
To keep working the enterprises have to "officially" formalize their activity under russian rules and get a "temporary permission" to work from the occupiers. The companies' heads have to resolve the issues of raw materials supply and produced goods sales through the local commandant offices.
"The owners and employees of the companies are warned that in case of work termination or violating any of the occupiers' demands, the management and staff of the enterprises will be changed. New owners and employees will be appointed by occupation administrations from among the people who are loyal to them," the DI reported.
The DI has previously reported that Ukrainian businesses in the occupied territories are forced to work in compliance with russia's rules.
