Sadovyi later added that there was no confirmation of hits to the city, promising detailed information in the morning.
"There is no confirmed information about the missiles hitting the city. Let's thank together those who protect our sky for this," the mayor wrote in his Telegram.
The head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, said that, according to preliminary data, the air defense system had worked.
