The 80th Separate Assault-Landing Brigade of the Armed Forces liquidated a platoon of the 104th regiment from the Pskov region.
The operation was performed thanks to the coordinated work of artillery units, the Facebook page of the Assault-Landing Command informed.
This was a platoon of the 104th assault-landing regiment of the 76th assault-landing division of the Airborne Forces of the Russian Federation.
The commander of the artillery unit of the 80th Brigade said that about twenty Russian occupiers had been successfully liquidated together with armored vehicles which tried to go ahead.
"It should be noted that this Russian military unit had several battles with the Lviv paratroopers since 2014 and suffered significant losses from the defenders of Ukraine," the Assault-Landing Command added.
To remind, the soldiers of the Sicheslavska Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the Russian tank together with manpower.
