Russian troops have entered the northeastern and southeastern outskirts of Severodonetsk, said the head of the Luhansk OVA Sergei Gaidai.

Severodonetsk and Lysychansk are being fought hard. The enemy used all possible weapons and aircraft.

A two-day special summit of European Union leaders will take place in Brussels. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will address its participants via video link.

One of the main issues will be the confiscation of Russian assets and financial assistance to Ukraine.

Former President Petro Poroshenko addressed an open letter to President Volodymyr Zelensky, urging him to maintain unity and coordination of efforts, avoid any internal strife and allow him to take part in the EPP summit. He also called a trip to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly illegal when border guards did not allow the former president to cross the border.

The European Police Agency plans to set up an international working group to deal with weapons that could fall into the hands of criminals after the end of the war in Ukraine.

Norway officially changes the name of Belarus. Now in Norwegian language will be called "Belarus", not Hviterussland (literally - "White russia").
