Volodymyr Zelensky's embroidered shirt, which he wore on Vyshyvanka Day [the day of embroided national costume - translator’s note], was sold at auction in the United States for $100,000. The charity auction took place on June 3 in Washington during the first international presentation of the United24 platform, launched by the president, reported by LIGA.net.

At the presentation, the start of an online auction was announced for raising funds for medical care in Ukraine. It will last for a month, and Zelensky's shirt became the first big lot.

This year, Zelensky wore an Etnodim embroidered shirt with a pixel ornament of Velych oak leaves. The brand's website states that the embroidered shirt costs UAH 3,200.

The main lot of the auction is an invitation to a gala dinner with Zelensky in honor of Ukraine's victory.

"This invitation has an open date, its proximity depends on everyone who helps Ukraine," said United24 coordinator Yaroslava Gres.

In addition to dinner with the president, the auction will include a trip to Milan's match with Andriy Shevchenko, a game of tennis with Elina Svitolina, iconic symbols of the Ukrainian resistance, such as a rooster-shaped jug from the famous kitchen cabinet in Borodyanka, post stamps with a russian ship, a surviving bottle of wine from Good Wine, the bombed warehouse of Kyiv and others.

Earlier, Zelensky called on Americans to join the United24 platform.
