On the morning of 18 August, the Russian army shelled another Kharkiv dormitory in the city’s Slobidskyy district.
As of 7.53 a.m., 16 people were wounded, including two children, mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram. One person was killed. The head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov, reported 18 people wounded in a Telegram post.
The area of the fire was 800 sq.m.
Terekhov added that at 4.32 a.m. there was the first rocket attack, followed by four more in the city’s Slobodskyy and Kholodnohorskyy districts. There were at least five explosions.
