Ministers from Ukraine and the UK have signed a landmark joint action plan to help rebuild Ukraine's transport network. In particular, the UK Department for Transport is offering funds, engineering expertise and vehicles, the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry has said.

In addition, the British partners will propose a plan to renovate the airport, runway and port infrastructure, and work with the Ministry of Infrastructure to provide training for airport staff, air traffic controllers, and aviation security.
