Russia has hit Ukraine's Khmelnytskyy Region with missiles, the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Hamaliy, has confirmed.
He promised to supply more detail later.
Mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn added that no explosions were registered in the city community.
