Russia is allegedly preparing to carry out a powerful missile strike for 24 August, using Tochka-U operational-tactical missile systems, the international intelligence community InformNapalm has said on Telegram.

"This conclusion can be drawn from data received from InformNapalm insiders in occupied Luhansk today. People reportedly saw several such systems moving from Luhansk towards Shchastya. The information is being verified," the report said.

The community says that the ruscists may use the Tochka-U to shell civilian infrastructure, for example in Donetsk or Kramatorsk. At the same time, the occupiers will continue blaming the Armed Forces of Ukraine for strikes on their citizens. At the same time, Russian propaganda continues to convince its target audience that the Tochka-U has been decommissioned in Russia.

"However, over this war, there have already been a lot of facts and evidence that the Russians have moved Tochka-U both on Russian and Belarusian territory," InformNapalm added.

On 8 April, Russia struck a train station in Kramatorsk with missiles from a missile defence system. More than 50 people were killed then.
