Three civilians – two men and a woman –got killed as Russian troops shelled private houses, a school and a residential high-rise in Slovyansk, Donetsk Region, on 7 September, the Prosecutor-General's Office has said.
The entire stairwell of a residential house in 43, Torska Street was destroyed, the head of the local military-civil administration, Vadym Lyakh, said.
