The military of the russian federation returned to Kreminna in Luhansk region, tore down the Ukrainian flags and are creating the appearance of their massive presence in the city, Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Regional Military Administration, announced on the UArazom telethon.

According to him, the russians also turned off the Internet in the occupied territories to prevent the locals from transmitting information to Ukrainian forces.

The head of the Regional Military Administration believes that one should not expect an early de-occupation of Luhansk Region.

"There will be no surprise factor in Luhansk Region, you need to be patient. Unfortunately, we will not be in Luhansk tomorrow ... but soon," Haidai said.

A regional headquarters for the de-occupation of territories has been created in Luhansk Region. Structures are being prepared - law enforcement agencies, the State Emergency Service, the post office, medicine, Administrative Services Centres and others - in order to quickly restore life in communities.

On 13 September, Sergei Haidai said that the russians had completely left Kreminna, but the UAF had not yet entered the city.
