We have very clearly told russians to stop loose talks about nuclear weapons – Blinken

The United States has clearly told the russians to stop talking about nuclear weapons, the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on Twitter.

We’ve been very clear with the russians publicly and as well as privately to stop the loose talk about nuclear weapons, he noted.

Earlier, Blinken was asked on "60 Minutes" whether there is anyone in the Kremlin who would be able to talk Vladimir Putin out of using nuclear weapons.

“They have a chain of command. Whether it works or not, to be seen,” the State Secretary said.
