The occupiers controlling the situation in Enerhodar forbade the residents to go to the Ukraine-controlled territory and outside the city in general. Special control is applied to the employees of ZNPP operational shifts, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reports.

Currently, the streets of the city and surrounding settlements are almost empty. The local population stays at home, trying not to go out unless absolutely necessary. There are russian military patrols on the streets with voting forms for the so-called "referendum".

"They point weapons at everyone they meet, give them "voting papers" and indicate where to "tick". There are numerous cases of people being forced to vote for long-dead relatives," the statement reads.

Anyone who dares to "vote" against joining the russian federation is threatened with "mobilisation".
