Russia struck Kramatorsk with missiles. At least 11 civilians were wounded.
The enemy fired four missiles, the mayor of the city Oleksandr Honcharenko reported on Facebook. One person is critically injured.
"Multi-storey buildings, infrastructure and private houses were damaged. All relevant services are working on the site," he wrote.
