During the massive attack on Ukrainian cities, 17 UAVs of "Shahed" type were spotted from the territory of Belarus and Crimea, Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar reported.
"In the period from 06:20 to 11:15, the Russian Federation launched missile and air strikes on the territory of Ukraine from the Caspian Sea and Nizhny Novgorod on the cities of Kyiv, Lviv, Pryluky, Khmelnytskyy, Dnipro, Nizhyn, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv," she said.
Reportedly, more than 74 missiles were involved in the strikes.
According to preliminary data, units of the Anti-aircraft missile forces, Air Defence of the Land Forces, and aviation of the Air Forces destroyed 42 missiles (data to be specified).
Belarusian media reported that today Lukashenko is holding an "urgent meeting" with the military and security forces.
