NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg condemned the Russian missile attack on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine in a tweet he wrote.

Stoltenberg stressed that the Alliance "will continue supporting the brave Ukrainian people to fight back against the Kremlin's aggression for as long as it takes."
Earlier, the Council of Europe strongly condemned the Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities.
