Massive Russian missile and drone strikes on the morning of 10 October killed 11 Ukrainians and wounded 64, the Interior Ministry has said on Telegram.
Critical infrastructure facilities in eight regions were damaged.
"As a result of the shelling, critical infrastructure facilities, mainly energy supply facilities, were hit in eight regions and the city of Kyiv, where more than 30 fires broke out," the statement reads.
There is no electricity supply in four regions: Lviv, Poltava, Sumy and Ternopil. In the rest of Ukraine power supply is partially disrupted.
More than 1,000 people and about 120 units of equipment are engaged in firefighting and rescue operations.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the only way to achieve peace and security for Ukrainians is to liberate all Ukrainian territories.
