As of the morning of 4 November, 450 thousand Kyiv residents have no electricity supply - 1.5 times more than in previous days, the capital's mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reports on Telegram.
According to him, stabilization outages occur due to the overload of the central node of the country's power system.
"I call on all residents of the capital: save electricity as much as possible because the situation remains complicated," the mayor stressed.
