As of the morning of 1 November, the water and energy supply in Kyiv has been fully restored, the capital's mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.
"Water supply to the homes of Kyiv residents has been fully restored. I am grateful to the specialists of Kyivvodokanal and DTEK who have been working for nearly a day to return water and electricity to the capital residents," the mayor informed.
Klitschko added that the power supply in Kyiv has also been restored. However, the blackouts are applied because there is a significant shortage in the energy system after the barbaric attacks of the aggressor.
Due to the Russian missile attack, as of 5 pm yesterday, 270,000 apartments in Kyiv were without electricity, and 40% of Kyiv residents had no water.
