The delegations of Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations agreed not to plan any ship traffic on 2 November within the framework of the "grain initiative", the press service of the Joint Coordination Centre has said.

UN and Turkish inspectors have now conducted 36 inspections on board departing ships. Two more inspections were cancelled due to problems with cargo fumigation.

All inspection reports are to be handed over to the Russian and Ukrainian delegations.

According to the Joint Coordination Centre, it can "best fulfill its mandate with the full and active participation of all four delegations".

Ukraine, Turkey and the UN have agreed on the transit of 16 ships with food products, despite Russia's statements about "withdrawal" from the agreement.

On 1 November, three vessels with Ukrainian grain left the ports of Odesa Region.
