Russian troops shelled Oleshky in Kherson Region on 28 December, having killed a woman, mayor Yevhen Ryshchuk has said.
"First, the occupation, then the hostilities. Every day civilians got killed in our town," he said.
After their withdrawal from Kherson, Russians have shelled the city and a wider region on a daily basis.
