Russian troops are closing towns in Luhansk Region for entry and exit, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Hayday, has said on Telegram.

"Collaborators are fleeing from settlements near the front line to towns located a little further away," the statement reads.

Hayday added that the Ukrainian command understands the plans of the Russians and acts proactively. Russians are closing towns in Luhansk Region for entry and exit.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing towards Kreminna and Svatove. Our military have success and they are steadily developing it," he added.

Hayday noted that the houses in surrounding settlements, which a few weeks ago were massively filled by the Russian military, are empty because everyone was sent to the front. Now new militants are being settled there.

Earlier it was reported that Russians are planning false-flag provocation with the use of Ukrainian army fatigues in Luhansk Region.
