Russian troops fired rockets at civilian and critical infrastructure in Kremenchuk District, Dmytro Lunin, head of the Poltava regional military administration, has said on Telegram.
"The enemy launched a missile attack on civilian and critical infrastructure in Kremenchuk District. Information on casualties and destruction is being clarified," he said.
On the evening of 1 March, air alert was announced twice in different regions of Ukraine.
Air defence forces were activated in Sumy Region during the evening air alert on 1 March.
