Lithuania will provide 155 mm ammunition as part of a new package of military support to Ukraine, Latvian Defence Minister Arvydas Anusauskas tweeted.
“Lithuania's new military support package for Ukraine includes 155 mm ammunition, vehicles and military rations. The total value of the military support provided by Lithuania to Ukraine will soon reach 450 million euros,” he said.
Ammunition for 155mm artillery is one of the most pressing needs of the defence forces.

Lithuania announced a new defence aid package for Ukraine on 6 March. The previous packages totalled €409 million, and the new one is worth about €41 million.
