Ukraine is constantly increasing the production of shells and equipment, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening video address.
A conference call with the military, intelligence and government officials took place today, with commanders and ministers reporting.
According to Zelenskyy, the Ministry of Strategic Industries reported on the production of shells and equipment in Ukraine.
"We are increasing volumes. Constantly increasing," the president said.
In an interview with LB.ua, Ukraine's Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova said that Ukraine is discussing the repair and maintenance of hardware and the creation of joint ventures with US defence companies. Work is also underway with technology companies.
At a recent meeting with Ukrainian ambassadors, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that securing arms supplies is one of the priorities for diplomats. He tasked the diplomats with ensuring the widest representation of foreign companies at this forum and on specific projects.
