The Russian army struck a shuttle bus in Kherson, injuring at least four people, the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, has said on Telegram.
According to him, one woman is in a grave condition.
The Russians have been shelling different areas in Kherson Region since the morning. The town of Beryslav lost power supply as a result.
