Russians shelled Chornobayivka in the Kherson Region, Kherson RMA reports. It is known that the attack was carried out with cluster munitions.
Three people were killed and four wounded. According to the State Emergency Service, there are five wounded. More than 60 residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
The injured are being provided with medical care. Police are documenting the consequences of another war crime by the occupiers.
