Russians attacked Nikopol in the morning, shelled a five-storey building with artillery. This was reported by the head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhiy Lysak.
A 63-year-old man was killed. Two women, aged 65 and 63, were injured.
There may be people under the rubble.
