Lithuania has repaired the first Leopard 2 tanks damaged at the frontline. The tanks will soon return to Ukraine, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence has tweeted.
"The first Leopard 2 tanks repaired in Lithuania are being prepared for Ukraine! Having arrived from the frontline, these tanks are now ready to return," it said.
In early December, Lithuanian Minister of National Defence Arvydas Anušauskas presented an updated concept of the demining coalition. It includes elements of humanitarian demining in liberated occupied territories and combat demining.
Ukraine and Lithuania are also starting to cooperate in defence research and development.
