Germany has provided another military aid package to Ukraine. Among other things, it includes ACVs, demining tanks and over 1,000 rounds of 155 mm artillery ammunition. This is stated on the Bundestag website.
According to the data, the package includes:
- 24 ACVs (Ukraine already has 24)
- four Bandvagn 206 (BV206) multi-purpose tracked vehicles (Armed Forces have already received 69 of such)
- one BIBER bridge paver with spare parts (14 are already in use)
- three WISENT 1 demining tanks (Ukraine has 19)
- 14 special devices for demining tanks (Germany has already transferred 11)
- 1,040 artillery rounds of 155 mm calibre.
Germany has also provided Ukraine with missiles for the IRIS-T air defence system, a system against sea mines, a Satcom video surveillance system, four vehicles for border guards, 450 snow chains (for vehicles) and 194,000 dry rations for the military.
