A Russian Alligator helicopter was shot down near Avdiyivka. This was reported by Gen Oleksandr Tarnavskyy, commander of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops.
On 7 February, in the operational area of the Tavria operational-strategic group, soldiers of one of the mechanised units destroyed a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter. The enemy Alligator with its crew was hit by MPADS in the Avdiyivka sector.
Russians are focusing their main offensive efforts on the Novopavlivka, Avdiyivka and Orikhove directions.
