Russians attacked the urban-type settlement of Borova in Izyum District, the head of Kharkiv Region, Oleh Synyehubov, said.
As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out on the territory of a household, destroying a car, a garage and outbuildings.
According to preliminary reports, a 70-year-old civilian man was killed. Four people were injured, including three children.
A woman was rescued from the rubble and taken to hospital.
