Last night, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), together with the Special Operations Forces and the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, used drones to attack the Slavyansk oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Territory, LB.ua has learned.

"We can already talk about a successful result - a large fire was recorded in the area of atmospheric columns, which were the main target," the source said.

The source adds that the SBU continues to implement a strategy aimed at undermining Russia's economic potential and reducing the flow of petrodollars that the enemy sends to the war.

"All in all, SBU drones have successfully attacked 12 oil refineries in Russia recently," the source said.

On 16 March, SBU drones attacked three major Rosneft refineries at once: Novokuybyshevsk, Kuybyshev and Syzran. A fire broke out on the territory of the refineries, and oil processing facilities were on fire.

On 17 March, at night, residents of Slavyansk-on-Kuban in Russia's Krasnodar Territory reported explosions and a fire at the city's oil refinery.
