Russian shelling damaged an energy facility in the Kirovohrad Region. There were no reports of any injuries, the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raykovych has reported.
"Another enemy drone attack in Kirovohrad Region damaged an energy facility. The fire was quickly contained," Raykovych wrote on Telegram.
He also noted that there was no information about any casualties.
