A 60-year-old man died as a result of shelling in the village of Kizomys, Kherson Region.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"The occupants attacked Kizomys. They were hitting people's homes," he said.
A 60-year-old local resident was seriously injured.
"Unfortunately, the wounds were fatal. The man's heart stopped on the way to the hospital," added the head of the Regional Military Administration.
According to the RMA, a 37-year-old man was also wounded. He sustained blast trauma, shrapnel wounds to his forearm and torso, as well as a fractured rib and limb.
