About 600 Russian occupiers are moving in civilian cars towards Luhansk Region from the Russian Tula Region.
This was stated by the spokesman for the Khortytsya military unit Nazar Voloshyn during a telethon, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"In one of the directions, Russians are moving in civilian cars from Tula Region to Luhansk Region. The number is up to 600 people," he said.
According to the spokesman, the occupants' goal is to move and man up reserves for assault operations in Donetsk and Luhansk Regions. Voloshyn also emphasises that the movement in civilian vehicles is necessary to avoid attacks on them, as military vehicles are destroyed immediately.
