Update. As of 12:30, The death toll from the Russian attack on the Epicentre in Kharkiv has risen to 16, the Office of the Prosecutor General has reported. Later, the number of victims increased to 18.
"45 people were injured. Five people remain missing," the Office of the Prosecutor General provided updated data.
So far, rescuers have cleared about 30% of the rubble, the ministry said. Work has to be stopped for the duration of the air raid, as this is not the first time that Russians have used double-strike tactics.
"Kharkiv. The death toll from a Russian strike on a construction hypermarket in Kharkiv has risen to 15. Another 44 people were injured. Among the dead are a 12-year-old girl and her mother," the statement said.
