The Russian army has been massively shelling localities in Donetsk Region throughout the day, with Kurakhove, Zolota Nyva and Toretsk coming under fire. Six civilians were injured and one person was killed.
This was reported by the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office.
On 25 June, a residential area of Kurakhove came under fire from Russian troops. A 36-year-old woman and a 79-year-old man were injured.
A 67-year-old local resident died as a result of artillery shelling of Zolota Nyva village. She was in the yard of her home.
Hostile attacks also took place in Toretsk, the occupiers probably used KAB-500. The bomb hit an apartment block. Two residents, aged 42 and 74, sustained shrapnel wounds.
A few hours later, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the settlement again, hitting civilian infrastructure. A 59-year-old employee of a hardware store and another civilian of 68 years old were injured. The victims were hospitalised.
On 24 June, Russians conducted six air strikes on Toretsk, injuring four people.
