Russian troops hit a multi-storey building in the Dniprovskyy district of Kherson. A local resident was wounded.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.
The 72-year-old man was in his apartment at the time of the shelling. Doctors diagnosed him with concussion, arm injuries, explosive and craniocerebral injuries, the post says.
The injured man was hospitalised in a moderate condition, the RMA added.
