On the night of 6 July, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 27 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs from the territory of Crimea and Kursk Region (Russia).
This was reported by the Commander of the Air Force of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk.
Last night, the defenders of the sky managed to shoot down 24 Shaheds in Dnipro, Poltava, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Vinnitsya, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, and Mykolayiv regions.
Mobile firing groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, air defence units of the Army, and electronic warfare units were involved in repelling the air attack.
