‘The occupiers launched two missile attacks on Kharkiv. The type of missiles is being established. So far, there has been no information about casualties,’ the head of the Regional Military Administration wrote.
During the morning shelling of Kharkiv on 24 July, the Russians used a cluster modification of the Iskander missile for the first time.
