An apartment building was damaged in Russian attack in Lutsk. At least one person was killed and five wounded.
The mayor of the city, Ihor Polishchuk, said this in a telegram.
"I am at the scene," he wrote.
In addition to the house, an infrastructure facility was damaged.
The SES reported that rescuers had eliminated the consequences of another Russian attack.
According to the SES, at around 8:30 am, a multi-apartment residential building on one of the city's avenues was hit. As a result, the building and property were damaged.
Rescuers promptly eliminated the consequences of the fire and structural damage in the apartment. In addition, we helped residents evacuate to a safe place.
