In the evening of 25 October, Russia attacked Kyiv with drones. A high-rise building was hit. According to the KCMA, one person was killed, six people were injured, and one was hospitalised as a result of the attack on Kyiv by Russian UAVs in Solomyanskyy district.

The Prosecutor General's Office added that a 14-year-old girl was killed in the attack on the capital by Russian drones, two men and three women were injured, one of whom was taken to hospital with an acute stress reaction. 

The head of the city's military administration, Serhiy Popko, has reported that a fire broke out in a separate apartment building in the Solomyanskyy district of the city as a result of the attack. Klitschko reported that the upper floors caught fire due to a UAV hit. The KCMA later noted that the apartment building was being evacuated.

In addition, there is information that debris fell in an open area in the Shevchenkivskyy district. Preliminary, there were no injuries, the administration added.

According to the State Emergency Service, apartments on the 17th to 21st floors were damaged. Rescuers have localised the fire in the apartments on the 20th and 21st floors and evacuated more than a hundred people.

"Psychologists of the State Emergency Service are working at the site, checking the apartments and extinguishing the fire," the SES added.
